One secure network for your offices, shops and remote staff
Chillwifi supplies and manages cloud-controlled routers and business VPN, so your sites and people connect safely and you don't have to run it yourself.
Retail, hospitality, clinics and trades with several locations that need to share systems, tills or stock data.
Teams that work from home
Staff who need safe access to company files and software without exposing them to the open internet.
Sites with cameras or equipment
Reach cameras, door entry or machinery you already own, securely over a private connection instead of opening ports on your router.
Managed Core Network Infrastructure
Cloud-managed routers
Business-grade routers that we configure and update remotely. Changes happen from the cloud, so you don't need an engineer on site every time something needs adjusting.
Site-to-site VPN
Join your offices, shops or depots into one private network. Staff reach shared files, systems and printers at any location as if they were in the same building.
Remote access VPN
Give staff working from home or on the road a secure way into the company network, with access you can switch on or off per person.
Static IP addresses
We also supply static IP addresses that work with LTE and Starlink connections, so sites without fibre can still run site-to-site VPN and remote access.
Backup connection
Add a mobile data backup so the site stays online if the main broadband line goes down.
Next-Gen Cybersecurity & Monitoring
Firewall & Network Builds
Advanced edge configuration to keep local data completely isolated, structured, and secure.
AI-Powered Web Filtering
Real-time protection that automatically blocks malicious websites, phishing scams, and ransomware downloads at the source.
Upstream Threat Intelligence
We intercept internet threats in the cloud before they ever reach your office devices or bottleneck your bandwidth.
VLAN & Guest Network Isolation
Keep your core corporate systems, point-of-sale tills, and staff/guest Wi-Fi networks completely separate.
24/7 Remote Monitoring & Support
We watch your routers, data pathways, and tunnels around the clock, proactively stepping in the moment a drop is detected.
Flexible Architecture Built Around Your Business Operations
At Chillwifi, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all networking. Whether your team simply needs to share internal accounting files securely across branches, or requires a hard-coded corporate IP footprint to access high-security banking and global databases over Starlink or 5G, we engineer your private network to match your exact workflow.
Choose the deployment architecture that fits your company’s operational profile:
Option A€79/mo
Smart Split-Tunneling
Performance & Cloud Security
Best for standard regional offices, clinics, retail shops, and hybrid workforces.
How it works
Your on-site Chillwifi Core Router intelligently splits your office data pathways. Regular web browsing (like accessing cloud software or everyday internet tasks) travels at full, unthrottled fibre speeds straight out your local line, safely filtered by our Upstream Cloud Security edge. Internal corporate data—such as accessing a remote office server, printer, or NAS drive—is seamlessly encapsulated and routed through a secure virtual cloud tunnel.
The business advantage
You get maximum local broadband speeds and zero network lag, combined with enterprise-tier protection against malware and phishing links, keeping your monthly operational costs exceptionally lean.
Option B€199/mo
Dedicated Cloud Egress™
Fixed Public IP Anywhere
Essential for firms using Starlink, 4G/5G, or accessing heavily whitelisted external enterprise portals.
How it works
We provision a completely private, dedicated routing engine for your company inside an enterprise-grade data centre. We apply a Full Tunnel architecture, routing 100% of your office’s outbound internet traffic up through your cloud core. Every device inside your office inherits the exact same fixed, static, and highly reputable data centre public IPv4 address.
The business advantage
This completely bypasses the restrictive port blocks (CGNAT) of cellular and satellite internet providers. If your business depends on a single, permanent public IP address to authenticate with external corporate financial systems, legal portals, or vendor databases, you gain total compatibility and access—regardless of where your office is geographically situated.
Choose Option A if…
your sites use normal broadband, you want the fastest everyday browsing, and you don’t need one fixed public IP address for the whole office.
Choose Option B if…
you’re on Starlink or 4G/5G, or a bank, legal portal or supplier will only accept connections from one fixed IP address.
Questions about the two options
Option A Smart Split-Tunneling
How much does Option A cost?
Option A is €79 per month. Get in touch and we will confirm anything else that applies to your setup.
Which traffic goes through the tunnel, and which goes straight out?
Everyday internet use, such as browsing and cloud software, goes straight out your local broadband line, filtered by our Upstream Cloud Security edge. Only internal company traffic, such as a remote office server, printer or NAS drive, goes through the private cloud tunnel.
Will my team notice any slowdown?
Normal browsing doesn’t pass through the tunnel, so it runs at your full local line speed. Speed between sites depends on the broadband at each end, so we check both when we design your network.
Is my web browsing still protected?
Yes. Web traffic leaving your office is filtered by the Upstream Cloud Security edge, which blocks malicious websites and phishing links before they reach your devices.
Will my office have a fixed public IP address?
With Option A your web traffic leaves through your own broadband connection, so it uses the public address of that line. A static IP can be supplied on request. If you’re on Starlink or 5G, or need one permanent address wherever you are, Option B is the better fit.
What happens if one site loses its internet connection?
Internal access needs both ends to be online. Adding a backup mobile data connection can keep a site connected if its main line drops.
Option B Dedicated Cloud Egress™
How much does Option B cost?
Option B is €199 per month. Get in touch and we will confirm anything else that applies to your setup.
In plain English, what is Dedicated Cloud Egress™?
Your office’s internet traffic is sent through a private tunnel to a dedicated router we run for your company in an enterprise-grade data centre, and it reaches the internet from there. Every device in your office then appears online with the same fixed public IP address.
Why do Starlink and 4G/5G connections need this?
Satellite and mobile providers often share one public IP address between many customers and block incoming connections (known as CGNAT), so you can’t get a permanent address of your own. Option B moves your public address into the cloud, so it no longer depends on the connection you’re using.
Can my bank or supplier allow-list our address?
Yes. Because the IP address is fixed and permanent, you can give it to banks, legal portals and vendor systems that only accept approved addresses.
What if we move office or change internet connection?
The address belongs to your cloud core, not to your broadband line, so it can stay the same when you move premises or switch between fibre, Starlink or 5G.
Does sending everything through the cloud slow things down?
Full-tunnel traffic takes one extra stop through the data centre, so there is a small added delay compared with going direct. Your speed is still set by your local connection, and for most business use the difference is small. If raw local speed matters more than a fixed IP address, Option A may suit you better.
Not sure which option fits? Tell us how your team works and we will recommend one.
No. Our routers work with your existing broadband line. We can also supply fibre broadband if you'd like everything from one provider.
How does Chillwifi protect my team from online threats?
We integrate a cloud-delivered security layer directly into our managed business routers. When anyone in your office clicks a link or browses the web, our system checks the destination against a massive, real-time global database of cyber threats. If the website is flagged as a phishing scam or malware source, it is blocked instantly before any malicious data can download to your computer.
Will deep security filtering slow down our office internet speed?
No. Traditional security firewalls often create internet bottlenecks because they try to process heavy security scanning on a small hardware box inside your office. The Chillwifi architecture shifts the heavy threat-checking up to global cloud data centers. Your local network stays entirely secure without sacrificing a single megabit of your high-speed fibre broadband.
Does this replace our standard computer antivirus?
Think of our secure router as a digital security guard at your office front door—it stops web threats from coming inside. However, you should still run standard antivirus software on your individual computers to protect against local hazards, such as an employee plugging in a compromised USB stick or opening an infected file they brought from home.
What happens if a router fails?
Because the configuration is stored in the cloud, a replacement router can be set up with the same settings quickly. Ask us about replacement terms when you request a quote.
Can staff use their own laptops and phones?
To ensure full corporate data integrity and GDPR privacy compliance,
Chillwifi secure remote access tokens are strictly restricted to company-owned, administratively locked laptops.
We do not install network tunnels onto personal smartphones or unmanaged home computers.
How many sites and users can you support?
From a single office with a few remote staff up to many locations. Tell us your numbers and we will size it properly.
Is there a contract?
We will explain the terms clearly in your quote, including setup costs, monthly fees and any minimum period. No hidden charges.
